Audience Development                
  RamsayMedia’s Audience Development division is a service division to all RamsayMedia brands. Our primary areas of focus are newsstand marketing and distribution and subscriptions management. We work hard to ensure that the relationship between publisher and retailer, reader and subscriber is developed and maintained.

The centre of the relationship with our subscribers is the contact centre. Daily activities, which include processing requests, fielding queries and distributing gifts and magazines, serve to enhance the subscription experience. Responses to subscribers are offered through various channels, including a magazine subscription portal on www.magsathome.co.za that allows subscribers to manage their own subscription requests in a secure Web environment.

An area of growing focus is the development and tracking of audiences across all our media platforms. We aim to provide a single view of our brands’ audiences to help our editors understand our audience preferences better and to present our clients and advertisers with opportunities to talk to captive audiences and our marketers to promote more services to draw our audiences to our brands.

Our goal is to support our brands’ visibility and attraction across the various media platforms and to track the trends and preferences of our audiences in order to ensure we meet the desired company audience levels.
