The HR team is structured in order to support the business through an integrated people management approach. Besides our full involvement in the operations of the business, the team delivers specialised services and support across a variety of key people management processes, including recruitment, performance management, team development, talent management and remuneration systems and practices. All of these functions are carried out in house, with support provided by carefully selected external partners where necessary.
