As an internal service division within RamsayMedia, the ICT department has its focus on keeping everyone’s systems running smoothly through the supply and management of a host of services and service providers. A big part of our responsibility is ensuring communication lines are always open, be they telephonic, email, faxing, the internet, ftp or 3G connectivity.

Many back-end systems rely on our secure, climate-controlled server room to run well. We also continue to be involved in implementing – and enhancing – new systems to meet RamsayMedia requirements (e.g. SMART, our subscriber database; CRM, to look after our relationship with customers; and the Image Management System for all the company’s visual images). We achieve this with a small support team that looks after the desktop machines (both Mac and PC).
